Update for Everything Is Going To Be Just Fine to be starring our very own Michael Medico: This wacky (but very deep) metaphysical journey movie will be directed by Billy Clift, based on his book by the same title and produced by Tricia van Klaveren and Carla Plante. Jennifer Coolidge has come on board as Billy’s sister, Lynnie (in negotiations) as a zany new age, crystal wearing, granola eating style guru. Also to join the crew is the amazing production designer, Alan Roderick Jones who has over 900 commercials under his belt and even did the first Star Wars movie. Now the question is... who is going to play the bewitching Elizabeth Montgomery?... rumor has it that casting director jason L. Wood is going after none other then Christina Applegate now starring in her hit comedy show "Samantha who?" Is the show's name just a coincidence or is it a sign? The TV Week in Review: Oct. 28- Nov. 4 Hot Tube by Erin Gaughan and Jon Unger: the Couch

Too busy this week going to Halloween parties and parades to actually watch TV? Never fear the couch is here to fill you in on what was Hot this week. Please feel free to work it into your weekend conversations.

Always hot and funny is The Office. This week we learn about the Finer Things Club, which has been started by Toby, Pam and Oscar (who tells us that, aside from sleeping with men, this is the gayest thing he has done). They read books, eat exotic foods and do not use paper plates. It is the most exclusive club at the Scranton Branch and of course Andy is dying to join. (the party planning committee being his backup). The main plot point this episode was Karen (you know, Jim's Ex) coming back and trying to take Stanley to Utica, which of course causes Michael to go over the deep end. He and Dwight kidnap Jim and drive up to Utica to pull a prank on them for, you know, retaliation. Needless to say it does not go well. The only line you need to know comes from Michael: "Jim promise me something- that if I don't make it you will host the Dundies."

Tell me what you don't like about yourself. Nip/Tuck is back and in LA baby! We see our two favorite plastic surgeons struggling to make in the land of plastic. After dumping all of their money into an expensive Rodeo Drive office, they take up jobs as consultants/producers/actors who have the occasional line (how LA of them) on the show "Hearts and Scalpels" a sublime rip off of Grey's Anatomy. After months of speculation as to what Bradley Cooper's role was going to be we find out that he play the lead actor of this horrible nighttime soap. And Hot in Hollywood Benefit alum Jennifer Coolidge is Hilarious as a woman with her "Lady Cha Cha" on her face!

Hot topics: the Writer's Guild Strike. Yea it is happening, we are praying to our TV gods that it will not last long.

Yeah, you know him as Jennifer Coolidge lovin' Finch in The American Pie movies and from the FOX hit 'Til Death, but what you may not know is Eddie Kaye Thomas has been acting steadliy on stage, screen and TV since he first appeared on Broadway at age 11 in John Guare's “Four Baboons Adoring the Sun". We know him because he's dating our "adopted sister" Ari Graynor who he met when working on the off-boradway hit "Dog Sees God". And we LOVE him because he was a sport and opened this year's Hot in Hollywood benefit IN DRAG! Now he's starring in ABC Family's "Nature of the Beast" which airs this Sunday October 21st. Check out our chat with him:

MM: What most people don't know, is that it was your idea to get America (Ferrera) to do a # with you for HIH. Whose idea was it to do "You Gotta have a Gimick" from Gypsy with you (and Jerry O'Connell) in drag?
EKT: I first said that I would do HIH in February. At that time it felt like August was so far away that it might never ever come, but sure enough, May turned into June, June into July, and then Michael Medico is calling asking for my cup size. It all happened very fast and the idea to do a number from Gypsy was actually America's idea. Her first idea was to sing "Let The Good Times Roll" and use various rolling objects (Big Wheels, Rollerblades, Tires etc.) throughout the song. She then suggested "You Gotta Have A Gimmick" and that seemed like a better suggestion. She basically had all the good ideas and I just did what I was told.

Talk about H-I-L-A-R-I-O-U-S!! You won't believe these two. Jennifer Coolidge best known from "Legally Blonde" and Rex Lee from "Entourage" are teaming up to auction off a Toyota Prius at this year's Hot In Hollywood Benefit. These two together are lethal! Come on out and catch them in action. They came over for dinner last night and all I'm going to say is you won't believe how funny they are together. See them at Hot In Hollywood, Saturday, August 18th at the Henry Fonda/Music Box Theatre.
