Pastels are huge fashion-wise this year. Any variation of yellow and blue would be totally acceptable and I think we are going to see a lot of that next Sunday on the women. Should this end up being the case, I don't see stylists and makeup artists taking huge risks with hair and makeup. I think the hair and makeup will be soft, youthful, classy, elegant, and will scream "spring".
I think the women wearing yellows and golds or various shades of blue gowns will have soft hair and will sport the "corpse pose" look I talked about last week. The "copper-smokey" eye is gorgeous when wearing yellow or blue, or any pastels for that matter. The eyes are definitely going to be copper-smokey, the cheeks are going to be light and natural, and the lips are going to be nude with lots of gloss.
By the way, any of the contenders not participating in the pastels will probably still be rocking the "corpse pose" look, totally hot in Hollywood right now.
