Too Busy for Dental Care Hot & Personal by G. Charles Wright

i need a new dentist. i'm looking for one in west hollywood. because i like to walk to things. and i figure that there must be some really good dentists in a city as fancy as west hollywood! if you love your west hollywood dentist, please comment on this blog with their info. seriously. i need to get my teeth cleaned. they're starting to look emerald. i will accept beverly hills adjacent suggestions too.

other than needing a new dentist (my old one is in sherman oaks, and i kind of don't like him much) i'm busy with work these days. i'm casting a new tv pilot that stars wilmer valderrama. and i'm teaching up a storm this month too (hadn't planned on casting a pilot in july, so i booked lots of teaching gigs). i'm teaching 3 nights a week this month. and i'm going to half moon bay (northern california) at the end of the month for a 3 day weekend to reunite with family and welcome home my cousin dylan from iraq. oh yeah, and to meet his NEW WIFE! dylan married his high school girlfriend, elizabeth a few months back, while on leave.

and on top of all that it's now OFFICIALLY summer. by OFFICIALLY i mean, it's BIG BROTHER time!!! the new season of BB has begun. this adds tremendous pressure to my tivo. and my social life. right now, as i type, i am watching BIG BROTHER AFTER DARK (showtime channel. 3 hours every night) from last night. i tivo it, and then watch it in the mornings while getting ready for work. BIG BROTHER AFTER DARK is abbreviated as BBAD.

BBAD is actually even better than regular (CBS) BIG BROTHER. this is where you really get to know what makes these people tick. the first elimination occurs tonight (as i am typing this). i hope renny gets booted. she's crazy. and the body building idiot that she's on the block against is hot. although a complete tool.

old man jerry seems drunk tonight. it's creeping out the younger set. nothing says "childhood trauma revisited" like a 75 year old drunk guy running around grabbing 25 year old asses. trust me.

i love this season of BB so much already! the house is amazing, the cast is great and the drama is already heating up nicely. last season was crap. i stopped watching at about week 3. that was the hastily thrown together season to cover the WGA strike drought. but now we're back to good ol' BB action, the way God intended it. and to hear the contestants talk, God intends an awful lot for the BB houseguests every season.

smooth money (you may remember that smooth money is my friend and neighbor. he's in the movie biz.) is betting that memphis will be the winner this season. as usual i am voting for the hooters waitress. i love hooters waitresses, and i never underestimate them. ever. between BB10 AND BBAD i'm looking at 24 hours of tv each week for the next two months. that's an awful lot of trophy wife, julie chen to put up with. oh, i'll make it. trust me. i'll make it. if you love BB too, please leave a comment here, or on my myspace page. i loooove to hear from other BB fans!!! www.myspace.com/gcwright
