Here's an inside peek at the makeup bag of celebrity makeup artist Jane Galli, straight from behind the scenes of Sharon Stone and Amanda Peet's upcoming film Five Dollars A Day (As you can see- they are not even listed on imdb yet). Jane used the Starlet 15-piece makeup brush kit from Auraline Beauty for the film. To apply the foundation, Jane used Taklon foundation brush from #125 for an airbrushed finish.
"What I like most about the foundation brush is that it did not absorb too much of the foundation before applying. I used brush #219 to create the smokey-eyed look for Sharon and #221 All Over Eye Blender was great for blending and smoothing out contour lines with it's tapered, rounded and firm shape."
On Ms. Stone's nails Jane used Nubar's French Collection. Nubar polishes are chemical free, long lasting and available in 180 gorgeous colors. If you're new to non-toxic polishes make this your introduction. Get away from the typical polishes (that have been linked to cancer and birth defects) and get in on Jane Galli's secret to the healthy alternative for beautiful nails.
